Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

personal property garnishment

I live in PA. I was a resident of OH 4 years ago. I defaulted on a credit card and they won judgment against me in a court in OH. I work in NJ and my bank account is in NJ. Can they garnish my bank account and/or my wages?

The judgment holder would have the same remedies available in New Jersey as if the judgment were a New Jersey Judgment but it would have to transfer the judgment to New Jersey.
