What is "legal law?" There is case law and statutory law for the most part. The statutes say what they say, but there is a lot of judge-made law (called the common law) for many kinds of things.

No one can take money from you. When someone takes money from you by force, its usually thefy or robbery, a criminal offense. Civilly, no one can take money from you at all until they sue you in court and establish some kind of legal right to it.

Who "calls and calls" you? A debt collector? A payday lender? The remedies are related but how you handle each would be somewhat different. Debt collectors are subject to US law and can be made to behave. Payday lenders could be anywhere in the world and, from my view, violate the law continuously and would require actiion by the state attorney general.

Who have you asked "all kinds of things" of? A lawyer? Not to sound ugly, but if you have asked in the manner above, then nobody knows what you are talking about. No attorney can help you unless you rephrase the question and tell us the problem.
