Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My 11 year old son was charged with disorderly conduct because he went after a kid to fight him at the bus stop. The kid profocts my son in school all the time and also other kids. I have four or five students that will come to the magistrates with my son for the hearing. I have already talked to their parents. Do you think it is worth fighting Thanks Tom
