i was arrested for stalking an harrasment the detcive did not check into other people with the same name as me can i sue

While it may sound incredible I wouldn't be surprised if I was arrested that they wouldn't look into a TV Star and the President of he Saint Louis Blues even though we all have the same name. In short NO
