Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Bad Check

I wrote a check out for a down payment on a car. They cashed the check before they were supposed to and the check came back for NSF in the amount of $500.00 I now have to go to court on January 17th I already had a prelimnary hearing but now they are telling me i need an attorney to represent me. Can you tell me where I can find someone to help me So i can clear up this matter ASAP.

A good lawyer should be able to get a dismissal with satisfaction. Do not plead guilty get a lawyer to negotiate a not guilty disposition if possible. I have experience doing this. I offer free consultations.

There are a few legal issues in the scenario you describe that should win you a dismissal of this case. Do not plead guilty. Find an attorney who knows what he/she is doing and fight this charge.
