Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

i have a bench warrant in pa for retail theft receiving stolen property and corruption of a minor all i was told were misdemeanors i was first arrested 8/23/12 in pa and then was arrested for the warrant 7/19/13 at my home in Ohio i was taken back to pa then immediately released i was unable to get to a court date now i have a warrant again i live in Ohio and have no way of going to pa to settle this is there anyway it can be taken care of out of court or could it be transferred to my local court house?

Since the crimes occurred in Pennsylvania and are violations of Pennsylvania law they have to be heard where the crimes occurred.

If you have no way of returning to on your own the Commonwealth will provide transportation. Unfortunately you'll be returning as a prisoner.

On the plus side they haven't added interstate flight to your charges.
