Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Buying alcohol for minor

I bought beer for some underr age kids, no one under 18. A cop followed from the beer store to my house where i got out of the car. He later pulled them over. confiscated the beer from them and gave them a ticket for posssiesion and transportation. The cop later came to my house saying he wanted to talk to me. I am wondering what my legal rights are since he didnt see me really and only knows my first name and where i live

Obviously if the officer came to your house and questioned you he has some information that you provided alcohol to minors. I recommend hiring counsel in order to review the facts of your matter. My initial consultations are free. Please give me a call 215/592/0780.

Re: Buying alcohol for minor

Do not speak to the police without an attorney. The kids may have told the police where they got the alcohol.

In the future, don't do anything as stupid as buying alcohol for minors. You'll have worse trouble than they do.

Retain legal counsel before you speak with any police officer....do not make any statement to the Police....let me say this again....DO NOT MAKE ANY STATEMENTS TO THE POLICE, YOUR FRIENDS, THESE KIDS, ANYONE EXCEPT YOUR ATTORNEY!
