Re: several different charges

If this really is her first offenses she has a good possibilty of receieving a probation sentence with drug abuse treatment. If she does receive a jail sentence any time in will give her credit to her sentence. Bail should be available. She does need a lawyer. I offer free consultations.

Re: several different charges

Your daughter is no doubt now in jail because she failed to appear in court to answer these charges when she was scheduled. This is not a sentence on the charges themselves.

However, she should get credit for time served if she is ultimately sentenced to more time on these charges.

If this is her first offense, she is likely eligible for either ARD or probation on these charges. ARD would mean that she would be on a sort of probation and at the end of that time the charges would be dropped if she complied with conditions.

She should see a lawyer asap to get her the best possible outcome to these charges. (A lot depends on the "grading" of what she's charged with--misdemeanors or felonies. These charges can have various grading.)
