Can a another USD Judge, issue a order on a case not assigned to him, and judge who case is assigned to sitting on preedings of the same case at the same time this other judge not assigned issued a order under his case. Is this legal and stands.

I need some more details....
Are you asking if a Federal Ct. Judge can issue an Order in a case if they receive a request or are temporarily sitting for another Judge?
Aren't you represented in this case? If so, you should seek the answer from your attorney.
