Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

A friend of mines had gotten pulled over in a car that is in my name but its his car.
He was with someone that my friend only knew his frist name, not last. The police stated that the car smelled like marijuana and ask to search, my friend declined. the police than called in the dog and they said based off of the dogs reactions they are towing the car. They towed it and afterwards they got my friends name and info and also the person he was with name and info. During the week i get a random call saying im being charged with possession of marijuana since the car is in my name. So, they had found marijuana in the car, the person my friend was with gave a false name and they dont know who he is. Like i said before my friend only know his first name which is Andrew. I am a criminal justice major for 3 and half years now and cant afford this on my record. How can i get out of this?
