Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Ok I'm gonna try this again, In Pennsylvania, is it considered a feloneous crime of incest to reside and have a dating relationship with an opposite sex first cousin if the minor children of one of the first cousins reside with the couple?

Dating no. If they are having sex then the sex acts are crimes. Just dating is not.
That said how do you plan on proving they're having sex? Next assuming you can find proof your next challenge will be making the DA go after them.
