Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Internet Slander

Someone I know created a myspace account and put my name and picture on it. Then they accused me of being a pedophile. This same person has harrased myself & family for over a year via the telephone/email. The final straw is when someone contacted me about the myspace thing. Can I sue this person?
