Re: Miranda rights

Miranda is a warning not a right. Rights are contained in the US Constitution and the Pennsylvania Constitution.

And you said anything to the police. The easiest question a client ever asks is "The police want to ask me some questions what should I do?"

Answer NEVER talk to the police. It will never help you.

A search and seizure doesn't have anything to do with Miranda.
