in pennsylvania can a person be charged with providing alcol to minors if minors

In the State of Pennsylvania can a person aged 21 or older be charged with providing alochol to minors if he was the one drinking and the minors were just in the presense of the alochol and the minors were not charged with underaged drinking, consumption,or public drunkness. Also if no field subriety tests were preformed. And all persons were alert and orented

In a word, yes. The question of being found guilty is different. If the police have a reasonable suspicion they may charge you. However they will need evidence of all the elements of the offense to convict. If you are charged, get a lawyer in your area. You do not want anything involving minors on your record.
