Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

If three people are convicted of a crime, and two of them take the plea bargain. what r the chances of the the third person getting not guilty??

I am not a criminal law attorney but I know how the criminal (in)justice system works. Of course, much will depend on the evidence and the jury. Miracles do happen. However, the bulk of criminal charges result in some type of conviction if the case proceeds to trial. Also, it is very likely that in exchange for their guilty pleas that the two co-conspirators who pled guilty will have agreed to testify favorably to the prosecution. If that is the case, then you will have 2 participants both ganging up on the third. The chances of beating that are very slim.
