Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Porn and Alcohol

This is just a random question I thought of. With all the 'adult' websites that are ''reality'' based, my question is if someone signs a consent form to perform on these websites intoxicated, is it illegal? In my opinion a huge majority of guys and girls when filming these acts and are being taken advantage of. Yes, people should take responsibility when drinking, but lets face it college aged people are being ''typical'' and they make stupid mistakes. How can someone who is drunk legally sign something? I really wish websites like ''Shanes World'' would shut down. The men and women are clearly drunk and even drinking when this is made in order to get the ''courage'' to have sex or flash themselves. I know lawsuits have been filed from schools to these websites, but in the case of girls, one drink is consider rape, so its borderline with many of the videos.

Re: Porn and Alcohol

I would think most of these people would have to sign consent forms before they start filming, and you would think there was some verification process to make sure everyone was over 18 and aware of what the site was going to do with the stuff that was produced. I guess some people like the idea of being filmed, and some like the idea of being famous on the web, no matter what the circumstances.....
