Can the commonwealth of Pennsylvania be allowed by the magistrate judge to withdraw their charges without prejudice once the Preliminary Hearing has begun?

It would depend on the circumstances.If there would be no prejudice and the Commonwealth had good reason. Obviously the original statute of limitations would apply. I offer free consultations.
