Legal Question

I know for a fact someone is lying under oath. He said his money and assessts will buy the courts. Is this true, cause it seems like it. I tell the truth and he turns around and lies so bad it not even funny. I even have some proof of some lies that he has told. What shoul I do? He has even told someone he lied, but he does not know that I know.
