If I have a retail theft charge that was dropped to a disorderly conduct which will show up on an fbi clearance the retail theft or the disorderly conduct?

Right now they both show up on the UJS Portal site in Pennsylvania. If a private company runs a check they generally report it as however it shows up in the Magisterial District Judge's docket sheet. As far as Pennsylvania State police, it varies. I've seen them show up there also but I don't think Summary Offenses are supposed to be reported. Even if this was a "deferred adjudication" it will still show up on the UJS Portal and a private company will still generally report it. I'm not sure about the FBI. My best guess is that, assuming it was reduced to a Summary Offense, is that the FBI would not show it unless you were fingerprinted.
