First time DUI and nursing liscense

I recently recieved a DUI and the PA state board of nursing was made aware i went for the evaluation process and was deemed that i did not need rehabilitaion what happens next with the state board

Although a first time DUI has no relation to your job as a nurse, state licensing boards have become very active in recent years and it is difficult to say whether or not the Board of Nursing will take any further action or not.
