Underage drinking (juvenile)

What type of penalty should my college son (17) expect after 2 citations (within 10 days!..hold the lecture) I understand PA DOT imposes license suspensions. My son is a NJ resident. Also since he is a minor, will this info be available upon a security check for future employers? Let's assume he stays out of trouble as an adult.

He needs a lawyer. Perhaps through plea negotiations the matters could be reduced....

I would need the specific statute to advise on penalties and their repercussions in NJ. Remember, losing the license priviledge in PA translates to losing your NJ priviledge as well.
