If a person is convicted of a DUI/DWI and then they are sued in civil court by the people they injured, can their admission of being guilty be used in civil court?

Yes it can. You should definitely contact a private attorney as soon as possible because an attorney can get you ARD, which is like probation. Give our offices a call.
