Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

ard revoking
I was caught driving under the influence and obtained ard less than 6 months later i was issued another DUI i received a letter a few weeks ago and they are threatening to throw out my ard if so what happens? There reasoning is because of unpaid fines, If i take the money w/me to court will everything be o.k.? What will happen if they do throw out the ard?

Retain an Attorney ASAP...or risk having your ARD being thrown out....this is not worth screwing up!
