Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I was arrested for DUI in Delaware county, PA, while on the ARD program for the same offense. Although I was arrested for the 1st offense in 11/08, (my 2nd arrest occurred 1/2010), the ARD program for the 1st didn't become effective until 5/20/2009. Clearly, I've violated the conditions of the ARD program. I know that (according to PA law) the original charges will be reinstated but what I'd like is a CLEAR AND CONCISE ANSWER ON WHAT TO EXPECT. Please help!

You really should consult with your attorney. If you don't have one (or of the public defender handled the last case), you need to schedule a consult with an attorney who knows how to assist you....this could be very serious given your license was suspended at the time of the second arrest, and a complete answer depends on how high your BAC was.
