Call of the List for Trial

I had a call of the list for trial for DUI. My lawyer didnt show on my behalf. What will happen?

This might sound basic....but did you pay him to represent you at trial, did he place his appearance in before the court, when did you last talk with your attorney? Attorneys simply don't miss court dates for clients, the only time they "miss" a hearing date is if they are not representing your interests, and they would have made that clear to you on several occasions. If you are in need of an attorney for this matter, please contact my office ASAP...if you are not represented on your next trial date, you may be required to proceed to trial on your own! Something I never recommend.
