DUI Expunged from Criminal Record

I got a misdemeanor DUI in May of 1997 in PA.....is it possible to get it expunged from my Criminal Record?

If it was A.R.D. it should have been expunged automatically. If not, I think it depends upon how expungements are being handled in your County. The expungement statute and case law interpreting it are ambiguous and I think there are arguments both ways. You should probably ask around and see what they are doing in your County with expungement petitions.
