what happens if you are hospitalized the day before you are supposed to start your 72 hour sentence for a dui??

If you have a lawyer, they should contact the Court....

If not, you must contact the room where you were supposed to report...get a DR'snote --but definitely make sure the Court is contacted---or the DUI Coordination Unit at the Criminal Justice Center
