There is provavly a warrant for you---if you have lawyer--contact them....Call the sheriff's office and ask for the warrant division and ask them how you can surrender on a bench warrant....

Most times, if you have no other charges and no history of this type of thing, they will let you come in and go before a judge and explain why you missed the hearing

It is much better if you go in voluntarily and they don t have to come after you.

CALL ME TO TALK because thre might be other factors that should not be overlooked

You have a warrant for your arrest. You need to contact your lawyer because your bail has been revoked and forfeited. If you are using the public defender, you can TRY to contact their offices for advice (this may be difficult, so I suggest you be prepared to be persistent, after all you get what you pay for....)

After sitting in the holding cell, you'll be called to the Judge to explain your absence from Court. Depending on the circumstances, you will 1) be released after posting new bail and signing a new subpoena, or 2) detained in prison.

You need to talk with a lawyer BEFORE you turn yourself in to make sure you'll be able to walk out. Feel free to call me direct at 215 592 0033 to discuss this or write me back.
