out of state dui arrest

I have a Pa drivers license and was arrested for

dui in South Carolina, the case is pending, I travel as a nurse and was planning on traveling to Ca next. If my Pa license is suspended by South Carolina I will be able to obtain a restricted license in S.C. but will I be able to drive in Ca on that restricted license?

Yes. All SC can do is to restrict your driving privleges in SC. They do not have the authority to restrict your PA license. Therefore, your PA license is still valid and you can drive to CA with it. Give me a call and I'll fill you in on where you stand with your DUI.
