Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Underage Drinking Citation in PA

Hi! I'm 19 and a few weeks back I

was at a bar that got raided. 500

students were cited. We all had taken

buses to the site, so there were no

drivers there what so ever. On my

citation I told the officer that I had 2

beers but I did not take a

breathalizer.

My court date is in 2 months and I'm

just wondering if I have any option to

make this go away completely

whether through a class, service, or a

fine.

Pennsylvania has a good program for these types of cases. Although you will lose your license for 2 months and have to undergo some community service and pay a fine, you won't have any record. You should hire an attorney to guide you through the process.
