50/50 drawing
Can I hold a 50/50 monthly drawing on my website? This would include people from the USA plus the UK, Canada, Australia.
People interested would pay $5 a month to enter the drawing and receive a number. I would then randomly select a number each month.
50% goes to the winner of the drawing
40% goes to the winner's charity of choice
10% covers administrative fees

No, this is gambling and is illegal in the United States.
