2 Years of Separation

In Pennsylvania after 2 years of separation can you get divorced with sending that person 2, 20 day notices? We were also 95% done with the concentual divorce process but she has dragged her feet for the last 2 years.

Assuming when you initially filed you included both consent and separations as grounds yes you can do that.

If you didn't include separation as a grounds for the divorce then before you can file the affidavits of separation you have to amend the divorce complaint. Note: this is a non-trivial task.
