Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have an 18yr. old son who want's to move in with me, his mother tells him that is against the law until he graduates? i fell he's 18 he can live where he wants. who's right?

Against what law? The child will not be emancipated for child support purposes till he graduates high school. If the custody order says that mom has custody that might have to be changed. At 18 the court will likely listen to your son. If that is changed then the support order can be changed as well.
