Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i cant afford legal help to make a man who could be the father of my 25 year old daughter to get a bloodtest done he is not willing to do it whitout legal intervention i tryed and i have to force him this way also if it is the case he is the father can i go after him for childsuport

Actually you can't go after him for child support. Your child is 25. His duty ended when the child turned 18 or graduated high school which ever happened last. That was at least 7 years ago the first question the court is why you waited 25 years?
