Generally yes. The home is a little different, but at the minimum, the state can atleast place a lien on your share of the assets in the amount of the arrears. So, when you are ready to sell the assets, the support will have to be satisfied before you can give a clean title. Now, it is my understanding that the state will not pursue such aggressive measures, if you arrange a payment schedule. I recommend contacting them and working it out.

Good luck.
