Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I broke up with my pregnant ex-girlfriend about a month ago. I gave her space for a little while so that she can get past some things. I'm not abandoning her or the baby. I still want to be the father to our un-born child but now she's saying that I better stay away from her baby. She's saying she won't tell me when the baby's born and she won't let me near her. Is there any legal action I can take so that I can see my baby?

Please no personal opinions.

Response by lawyer Michael Kotik. There are things that you can do. You would need to file for custody. I would suggest hiring a family law attorney who can go over all of your options with you. Every case is different, he/she [attorney] would need to know all the facts. At the end of the day the judge will be looking at the best interest of the child, so there are things you can do. However, you need to go in depth as to your situation in order to better determine your options.
