Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child custody and eviction

My husband was evicted from our marital property in nov 2006 due to pfa for sexual and physical abuse. I got sole primary custody of child and he got supervised visitation by his parents only. I am now being sued in court for full custody and i'm a good mom they also want my daughter and I evicted from the home. My 3 yr old daughter has been making sexual allegations against her father and children and youth are involved. They found no physical evidence but are questioning the fact that she knows so much and is so direct with these allegations. I took care of her while he was in iraq for 2 years, he was as abusive before war as after. He never wanted anything to do with her before he said she was the problem with their marriage. He is going back to iraq very soon and the court doesn't know this, he wants his parents to have full custody of her after he leaves because they will have POA over him. My attorney along with other law officials told me that I have nothing to worry about because of his active PFA and allegations being investigated. He pled guilty at the first hearing to sexual and physical abuse. Can you please give me your opinion? The attorney said the judge already stated in the pfa custody and property once. THANK YOU

Re: child custody and eviction

Good luck to you and your daughter.

If you have a good attorney accept the attorney's advise, they know the case better than I do.

It sounds as if you have a very strong case. If your attorney tells you that you have nothing to worry about, you shouldn't worry.
