Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
What does child support cover in Pennsylvania? I already pay base child support plus more than half of daycare expenses. I am also more than willing to pay half the cost of kids' activities and medical expenses. But my ex also wants me to pay half of all clothes, haircuts, minor school supplies, etc. Aren't these covered by my monthly child support payment? I pay the max as indicated by the state calculation formula. My separation agreement only spells out base support and daycare costs.

Where's your lawyer? Those costs sound like part of the base to me.
