Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My child is 18 y/o, child support ending in June when graduating from high school. Child is planning on attending college in the fall and the other parent does not want to help to pay for it. Are there any legal options I would have to force him into helping pay for this? I am currently inthe state of PA, and that is where the divorce took place. There is nothing in my divorce regarding this aspect.

Sorry the other parent's support duty ends once the child graduates high school. Even in states where support ends at 21 there is seldom a requirement to have either parent pay for college.
