Can a judge force parents to go to a co-parenting coordinator if one parent does not want to go?

Yes. Though it probably will not accomplish what the court wants the counseling to accomplish.

As my family law professor (and an Orphans Court Judge) once said, "You have proven you can be litigators can you prove that you can be parents"

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
