Dating during a seperation

My husband and I have been seperated since 10/22/07, is he ''allowed'' by law to start dating or is there some sort of law?

Is there a certain ''waiting'' period that needs to pass?

Re: Dating during a separation

After the date of separation the law does NOT recognize any action by one spouse as marital misconduct that can be used in a fault divorce matter.

There is no waiting period. I'm curious as to why you think there is or should be one.
