Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Help! my divorce is almost final, it was filed about a week ago, my wife currently has a tort lawsuit against a former employer for wrongful termination pending. It has not settled yet, it occured while we were still living together and the master and judge in Luzerne County, PA ruled against it being equitable distribution! From everything that I have read I am certain that I am in fact entitled to it. It definately 'accrued" while we were married! My questions are, #1 Am I right? Am I entitled to it? Can I still fight for it even tho divorced is filed? And if I can How? Where do I start? What kind of attorney would handle this type of case? Please Help, I know I don't have much time!! Thanks

Whether or not you are entitled to a portion of the settlement is a complicated question of fact and law. Even though the cause of action accrued during the marriage that does not conclusively establish that a settlement is marital property subject to equitable distribution.
