Legal Question

Divorce

I have been married for 5 yrs. My husband wants a divorce. I moved into his home. My name is not on the deed. However, we took out a loan using the house as collateral plus there is a 2000 a month mortgage. Is this a premarital asset

do I lose everthing that I have put into to this home
