There are several issues to consider: (1) if you have lived in Florida at least 6 months, Florida can have jurisdiction; (2) Florida is a no-fault state which means that you can petition for divorce without having to prove anything other than declaring that the marriage is irretrievably over; (3) you can unilaterally petition for divorce; if she agrees to the terms of the divorce (property, custody, etc.), it can be done in just a few weeks; if she contests all or part of the terms, it can take up to several years for a final judgment. You have to see what she agrees to. If it's most or everything, it will be easy. You can also give up any claim to anything you are entitled to. In that case, it will basically be uncontested (since no-fault) and it will be quick as well.

Does either party still live in PA?

How long have you lived separate and apart?

Do you have marital property and/or children that need to be addressed?
