If the mother of my child puts the child up for adoption after I clearly expressed that I did not want the child to be adopted; what can I do to get custody of my child?

Re: father's rights

To put the child up for adoption your parental rights must be terminated. Either you do it voluntarily or she will have to petition the court to have your parental rights terminated involuntarily.

First you need to attend to the involuntary termination. second you need to file a petition for custody.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
