Filing for divorce

Is there a law stating that when the married parties are consistantly apart for seven years, that that constitutes a automatic divorce?

Re: Filing for divorce

No. For there to be a divorce you have to file with the court for a decree of divorce.

That said you could file for a divorce on 2 years separation in Pennsylvania. No court appearances are required.
