herpes

my husband claims I gave him herpes. He is sueing me for $20,000. I don't have symptoms and he does...what can I do and does he have a claim?

Persons with herpes can have no symptoms yet still have the virus.

I am not a doctor but if I were you I would consult your physician to see if there is some test he can perform to see if you are infected. Though even if you were that is not irrefutable proof you were the person who infected him after all he could have infect you. If however, you are not infected then clearly that would be strong evidence that you are not responsible for his infection.
