Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband has not been living in the family home for over a year (we are not divorced). He continues to come in and out of the property as he pleases even though he has his own apartment. How can I can keep him out of the property to respect my right to privacy

If there is a divorce action pending, then you should petition the court for exclusive possession of your home. This will prevent him from coming in and out as he pleases. If there is no divorce action pending, you will need to file for divorce before you can file this petition with the court. I strongly recommend that you seek the assistance of an attorney.
