Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I are in the middle of a divorce, he is no longer paying the mortgage or the interest on our home that I currently reside in with our three children. He is not paying any of the house expenses as well. Our house is on the market for approx. 1 year and is not moving even after reducing the price twice. We have approx. 9+ equity in our home.He is trying to exhaust all my finances and leave me with nothing as this is a very large home with large expenses and upkeep. He is willing to let our house go up for tax sale just to spite me. He is currently living in a 3 bedroom home in which he rents and I am concerned I will be left with nothing and he will be able to win custody of our children, age 17, 14 and 9.What can I do to protect myself and be able to move on with my children?
