Rights of unwed father with proof of dna test

My son had a dna done which showed him to be the father. girlfriend has denied him acess and visitation to child. she is 7 mths. there may be another man's name on birth certificate or unknown father. what can we do??

He needs to file for custody. That will entitle him to visitation rights and to participate in life making decisions for the child.
